Study in Poland
Admissions are based on a first-come, first-served basis, until the available places are filled. We do not conduct entrance exams. Admissions to all programs are available in four ways (to choose from):
- registration and enrollment through the University's online system
- enrollment via email (
- sending documents by traditional mail to the University's address
- submitting documents in person to the Admissions Office
1. Online registration
Complete the online application form available HERE
If you are a high school graduate this year - reserve your place, you will receive your high school leaving certificate later. For online registration, attach scans of documents to the application.

Minor applicants (Polish citizens and foreigners) Additionally, they submit a notarized Consent from their legal representative (parent or other legal guardian) for the minor's participation in the recruitment process, commencement of studies, and conclusion of the study commencement agreement. Notarization is not required if the document is submitted in person by the legal representative at the University's office or is sent via scan from their email address. The consent form is available:

3. Recruitment and study fee
Please pay the €200 application fee to the University's account (enter your name and surname in the transfer reference). This fee covers the issuance of a student ID and is non-refundable.
Pay attention to promotional periods and study for less!

During promotional periods, the first installment of tuition fees will be reduced by the amount of the discount granted.

If you are a WSTiH graduate, the application fee and registration fee are 0 PLN.

4. Decision on admission to studies
After submitting all required documents and having them verified by the University, a member of the Admissions Office will contact you by email to confirm the correctness of the submitted documents, clarify any doubts, or address any gaps.
After confirming receipt of the transfer and final verification of all required admission documents, you will receive an email from the Admissions Committee confirming your admission.
Information for candidates for second-cycle (master's) studies
Candidates who, upon completing their first-cycle studies, did not acquire competencies in basic tourism knowledge, basic knowledge of business operations, or the ability to analyze market phenomena in the context of legal, economic, and cultural conditions may proceed to second-cycle studies if they pass the interview. The interview covers the above-mentioned material. Exam questions are available in the Dean's Office and will be provided to each interested candidate. The interview fee is PLN 1,500.
